Oh no... Allergies season!!!

Every year the same thing.....watery eyes, stuffy nose, consistently sneezing....no patience for no one... I spended allot of money on doctors + medications.

This year i decided to go with the natural way...after a HUGE Research that i did i found out very helpful Tips:

1. Avoid dairy products, there's enough substitutes as soy milk, rice milk, tofu cheese and even tofu ice cream that is actually great!

2.Eat hot food like horseradish/ Cayenne pepper,

Cayenne peppers have been shown to:

  • Increase the flow of mucus, flushing out pollutants from sinuses and lungs
  • Desensitize the mucus membrane and block Substance “P,” the chemical messenger that relays pain signals to the brain.
cayenne peppers have been used therapeutically for the past nine thousand years. Pepper has been prescribed and praised by ancient civilizations…Indian and Asian cultures…worldwide doctors and scientists. It was even featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show!

3. Do not go outside when its windy!

4. take Vitamin C and take the dietary supplement Quercetin, Quercetin's antihistamine action may help to relieve allergic symptoms.

5. yous a neti pot or a sinus rinse with" Sinus Genie Nasal Rinse", it feels Great!
you can actually Breath!

6. Yoga is great! it is a good massage for our internal organs!

Have a Easy Allergie Season!
